NEC EA 244WMi - panel problem?

Hi there,
I've recently bought NEC EA244wmi and I have a question concerning its panel. It seems that in my model the panel is not perfecty placed in the bezels.
The image displayed on the monitor begins about 2mm from the left and top of the frame surrounding the panel. This is not a connection problem, changing to dvi/hdmi will not solve this - its the build quality issue.

Im not sure if this is 'normal' and happens to this models or should I return it and get another monitor?
