I have had this monitor now for about 2 years, and have been dealing with this issue for around 2 months. It is not consistent, but a lot of the time if I turn off the monitor I cannot get it to turn back on. I usually will have to unplug the monitor and wait ~30 seconds anywhere from 1 - 10 times. I normally just let it go to standby, but it emits a buzzing noise in standby a lot of the time.
A few days ago, I tore apart the controls to see if I could see any obvious culprit, but no luck. However, while doing this, I found that if I did not have my monitor connected to my computer, it doesn't seem to have the same problem. It will power up *every* time - or from what I have noticed. Does anyone know why my computer is keeping it from turning on? This happens even when my computer is asleep. Does anyone else have this problem?
Using the remote doesn't help and my vid card is a GTX260. Let me know if anyone can think of something to try. Thanks!
