Anyone know anything about this display? Fry's has it on sale for $489 - 90MIR = $399

Apperently it's 16ms, 450:1 contrast, dual input.... it's ugly as hell, but affordable. I've been thinking of dual VS 191b's, but this one certainly has the price advantage...

Any thoughts? Thanks.

I don't think it's ugly and NEC makes good stuff as far as I know.Good deal I think.

I was also thinking the BenQ 937s, but this NEC seems like a better display. The cost does make it more appealing than the dual Viewsonic's I was looking at.

Is 450:1 low for contrast ratio? I've seen expensive displays have 800:1, and others with 400:1. Such a huge difference!
