OK...this will be my first LCD, and I was wondering which cable I need. Do I need a "Single Link" or "Dual Link" DVI-D cable?

I was hoping to wait for the Samsung 172x to be released, but my old Gateway EV900 just died and I needed to rectify this situation.
 
If your display doesn't come with a dvi cable, just buy a single link dvi cable to hook your lcd to the video card.
