ncix order delay

Is it usual for ncix to take 5 days order time to finally ship an order? I usually don't order from them but thought I would give them a try. I placed my order Nov. 7 and it shipped this afternoon the 12th. Compared to the Egg this is a long delay. Just wondering if it was bad luck on my part or if this is business as normal for them.
 
I've done two orders through them and they have been really awesome, no delay and I ordered some unique items.
 
I got the UPS tracking schedule this morning. My items won't be in my hands until Monday the 19th. I won't be ordering from ncix again.
 
If they have the product in stock, the order should be pretty fast. For items that are low in stock or special order then it might be a different story. I've never had any problems ordering from them for the past few years.
 
My first order with NCIX (in November 2010) took about a week to process and ship. It took them about two weeks to process and ship my order earlier this year when they were running a hot special on Noctua NF-F12 and Scythe AP-15 fans. It happens.
