depends on the motherboard.. NB should be your chipset voltage and CPU NB VID should be your actual NB IMC thats on the chip its self.. but some one correct me if im wrong since my AM2+ motherboard doesnt have these options..
depending on the chipset you have raising the chipset .1v wont make that much of a difference temp wise.. i use to run my 780G at 1.25v instead of 1.15v only added 4C to the temp.. you shouldnt have to touch the NB voltage unless you are trying to overclock using the FSB(HT).. try overclocking just using the voltage and multiplier..
