Comes with CPU in Box, and Arctic Cooling Freezer 64 Pro in Box.(stock heatpipe cooler not included)
I never really pushed it much but ran it at 2.6ghz, all the time, stable. That's not to say that that is the limit on this cpu, just never had much time to push it further, as im sure it could go.
