We are having some issues at work currently we have 3 ISP. 2 of the ISPs NAT their address to the 1st ISP address inside a FAT Pipe appliance. And then gets NATed again inside our Firewall. The reason I am posting is that when we have 3 ISP connected our traffice over ISP 2 is very slow coming in. And will sometimes bog down our first ISP (NO idea why)

Anyone have any ideas on what is going on?
 
How do you know ISP2 is slowing down your "first ISP"?
 
well after posting this our Second isp (verizon) said that we had some major issues on our fiber coming in.
