Hey guys, I have decided to take on building a HTPC for myself. I got inspired by the NES mod shown on the site awhile ago. Because of its size I will not have the space availble to hold my currently being ripped DVD and Blu-ray collection.

What I am looking for are NAS suggestions that would have the following capabilities

1) 4-Bays
2) Can do Raid 5
3) Can handle large capacity drives (atleast 2TB)
4) Preferrably Hotswapable drives
5) Allow streaming of Blu-ray movies, which I believe is 10mbps?
6) Handling storing of DVR, tv shows ect
7) Quiet as possible, I understand that has a lot to do with the HDDs selected
8) Not ridicoulous priced, as in the $200-$400 range.

Not looking to do anything really fancy other than play back my movies, record tv shows, and have file storage backup for my other computers / devices.

Any suggestions would be appreciated, and as always thanks in advance!
