NAS server motherboard options?

looking for a cheaper mobo to use for a NAS system. i need usb boot. and 4 rams laots would be nice. onboard or off board video doesnt matter,.

ethernet dont matter as i plan to run gigabit.

and more slots for sata/ise adaptors the better. even some on board.

any recomends? it sonly goignt o serv to my main pc. MAYBE a HTPC. and will be running FREE NAS

im using the a8n-sli for my gaming pc. but i dotn want to spend that much. 150 or so for a mobo+cpu. maybe 200-250 tops would be nice
