NAS box - low power

Can anyone recommend a NAS box?

All I need is a 1 or 2 disk SATA arrangement. raid 1 would be good but not important. The main thing is that it is low power so I dont need anything too overkill.

Linksys NAS200 and DLink DNS313 / 323 dont have great reviews but I was considering a Qnap 109 that is a single disk fanless unit.

Any thoughts or suggestions?

I've been very happy with my Synology DS409. That's a 4-disk unit, so little bigger than what you're looking for, but they also have some 2-disk units and 1-disk units.
