Anyone here use Napster, and I mean the legal version?

I bought five Napster cards from Bestbuy and gave them away for Christmas.
None of them worked. Napsters tech support is only via e-mail, and they havent responded in more than a week. :mad:

Get this. Because I was more than 30 days out, BestBuy says i must deal with Napster. At least they gave me the reports that showed the cards were activated.

Anyone have issues with Napster cards, napster tech support?
