Select an entire album and apply the album art by dragging and dropping it into the album art box in the lower left corner.
 
Ah, I had the box set to now playing rather than selected song when I tried that before. Works now, thanks.
 
This is my first time using an ipod, hehe... and its not going to be mine (its going to one of my really close friends as a gift) .

I had my brother load up some music through his iTunes, does that mean its locked to my brothers computer only?
