Nano LCD replacement.

Ive noticed that 2GB black nanos with broken screens are being sold on ebay for around $30. Also on ebay, people are selling screen replacement kits for $30. I was wondering if anyone knows how easy it is to replace screens on the nano? Does anyone have a website with a tutorial on how to do so? I would LOVE a nano for $60!!
