I mentioned this thing to someone the other day but wasn't able to relay the name. Now I've been searching for an hour or so and I can't for the life of me remember the name of this thing.

It was basically a pre-built, self contained water cooling unit that mounted internally on the 120mm port on the back of the case. There was a shield that faced outwards that had a small logo on the upper right corner. The tubes were a bluish color (I think) and they were ribbed. Had a block just for the CPU that connected to a small rad and fan setup. I don't think at the time it was ready for production yet and people were reviewing pre-production versions. That's all I can really remember about it.

Any help on product name or company?

P.S. In before "For Her Pleasure". (in regards to the "they were ribbed." line...)

Thanks

None of us are as dumb as all of us.
i have that calendar 2 feet away in my office as i sit here typing this.

im not sure which system your describing, it could be a koolance product, one of these maybe? theres a bunch of them, also the waterboi something or other. they all pretty much suck compared to a real water system. small package deals like that are underpowered and over priced, but they work great if you dont need much cooling power and dont mind spending a little extra for the convinience of bolt-on water cooling. if your looking for something like that but a little better, check out www.petrastechshop.com they got some nice put-it-together-yourself preconfigured kits that are much better then those self contained units.

Holy cripes...thanks for the info. That first link is it. I'm not planning on installing one, it was more just a case of me getting pissed off because I couldn't find the name of it. Thanks again for the information.

As far as building a water case myself goes...I'm a little afraid of it TBH. I've never put anything like that in a computer before. None of my friends run water so I can't rely on them, and I don't want to guinea pig a new rig on a tech I've not tried before. I can't imagine with all the advancements and info out there that it's that big a deal anymore...but still. More than likely I'll stick with an air solution on my next upgrade.

I just saw this thing on the front page of Performance-PCs.com. So weird that here is the thread talking about it.
