Bought it today and downloaded the synapse Software to set up my mouse to my liking.
Now it tells me to connect a synapse 2.0 device while its obviously there , even synapse tells me in the taskbar notification that a naga 2014 is detected but not options are available
to me.
I just wanna set up the mouse to my needs thats all.
I dont know what to do anymore ...reinstalled it =no good
the update process takes like ages it it seems at a certain point it tries to update the same update over and over again.

For any constructive advise id be very grateful ...hell id donate a dollar to your your PP if one of you techpros can help me get it to work...yes im that desperate.

Razer support doesnt answer and waitng a whole day lies heavy on my stomach.

Have you updated the firmware?
I'm left handed too but I've adapted to right handed mice...
