Ok, so after spending waaaayyy too much time reading about all the new stuff available these days (my last computer was build *gasp* 5 years ago - AMD socket A 1400Mhz...), I am trying to put something together that'll last me another while...

Here's my config so far:
Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 Dual Core Processor LGA775 Conroe 2.40GHZ 1066FSB 4MB Retail
OCZ Gold XTC PC2-6400 2GB 2X1GB DDR2-800 CL5-5-5-12 240PIN DIMM Dual Channel Memory Kit
2x Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 320GB SATA2 3GB/S 7200RPM 16MB Cache NCQ Hard Drive
2x Pioneer DVR-111D Black DVD-RW 16X6X16 DVD+RW 16X8X16 DL 8X IDE OEM DVD Burner
Thermaltake Armor VA8003SWA Silver ATX 11X5.25 6X3.5INT No PS W/ Window And 25CM Fan
BFG GeForce 7900 GT OC SIN Edition PCI-E 256MB 256BIT GDDR3 SLI Ready Video Card
OCZ GameXStream 600W ATX12V 24PIN SLI Ready Active PFC ATX Power Supply 120MM Fan Black

Waiting for the ASUS P5N32-SLI 590 chipset to come out before I decide between it and the P5NSLI 570 chipset... in case I decide to go SLI in the future (which I doubt, as I don't play that much right now, but that may change...)

Is my config ok so far? Never built a new rig myself before (although I've played in my current one), so I just want to make sure that I'm not forgetting anything or putting together stuff that doesn't belong!!!

Any suggestions / comments would be appreciated - especially since I've been toying with the idea of getting an AM2 4600+ and upgrade to K8L next year, but since I never upgraded last time (current rig), thinking it would be just easier to get the E6600 now...

Thanks for your help!

Looks pretty nice to me, and you've got another vote for 2x drives. Imagine doing a direct copy of a 9 gig dvd, vs. reading, copy to hard drive temporarily wasting nine gigs, then burning to a disk. I think 2 drives wins.
