I have an AthlonXP 2100+ on an MSI KT8 Ultra mobo. I originally purchased one stick of OCZ PC2700 RAM (2-3-3-8 timings). When I upgraded to 1gb, I got the extra 512, I chose OCZ PC2700 @ 2-2-2-5. When I set the mobo to 2-2-2-5 timings with the slower stick in, things can get a tid bit unstable, to put it mildly. Can I possibly raise the voltage or anything to deal with this and run at faster timings, or am I just stuck at slower timings?

You're going to have to run the memory at the timings/speed of the slower stick.
