I installed my setup but now want to cut the cabling and install the GPU block.. How the hell do i get the water out? Im using a EverCool WC-202... HELP1

if you have a resevoir - remove the plug and dump it into a bucket. t-line? pretty much the same, tho manuvering it may be difficult depending on how long the tube is beyond the break. you'll want to move the case all around to get the rest of the fluid out - it gets stuck in the resevoir easily. You likely won't get 100% of the fluid out, try to cut a section above gravity and plug the ends with paper towel bits.

i have a t-line. I turn my case over but i cant get all the water out - any suggestions?

I usually dissconnect a hose at the lowest point in the loop and let it drain into a bucket. To get the remaining liquid out I tilt the case around. Although since I drain/refill quite frequently I have since install a drain valve in the loop.

it was such a pain in the ass to connect my 7/16 tubing to my 1/2 barbs, im scared to disconnect one! i guess i might have to install a drain tube - whats the best method?

I have the same config and you usually have to end up cutting it off the barbs. It is a pain but its a secure fit as well...

You can use something like a Y splitter with a fill port as a drain line.
