Alright, im at my wits end now. Read all the guides you guys had, put together a WC system. Works pretty damn good. Theres just one problem; the water level in my res is slowly dropping. Its not even much, just a millimeters or two over the course of a few days. Ive tried wrapping everything in paper and nothing happens. Im thinking it might be a small crack on the core of the radiator that evaporates before i can detect it, but then again, theres no real way to test that idea. Its been running for a week or two now, all the air should be out by now.
MCP655 > PA120.3 > EK8800GTX > Fuzion > MCRES

Any ideas?
 
There will always be tiny air bubbles in the radiator and blocks so give it time and top off a few times. I think that after one month, it should be fairly constant.

 
I agree, it takes a LONG time for air to (almost) completely settle out of your loop and into your res. It sounds like you've taken as much precaution as you can, I wouldn't worry about it now, just keep an eye out. Sounds like the loop is still settling, especially with a radiator as large as that. I have a 3x120 rad as well, but I never paid any attention to the res level. I just constantly watch for leaks and run my finger under all of the connection point and tubing to watch for fluid. Just out of curiosity, are you using water or another coolant?
 
It took almost 2 months for my loop to get static. It hasn't changed in about 3 months. Be patient and top it off if you're worried.

I've drained and filled my loop about 4 times already over the course of a year. Each time has taken about a month before the level stayed the same.
 
interesting,,,, my loops typically goes bubble free within a few hours. Then again I always tilt my case all over the place to remove the bubbles right off the bat.
