I need to identify this cooler so I can buy the adaptor from LGA775 to LGA1155, with my recent upgrade.

I bought this myself about 4 years ago and for the life of me can't even remember the brand of it, I've gone through all of my email orders and found nothing.

Is it possible to get a generic adaptor that would fit that mount? I can attach the pictures of the old mount if needed.
