Mysterious process running

Anybody know wth is going on here? Note the process in msconfig that is highlighted...no name?? Also, why is task manager reporting 4% cpu usage when no program in the list is showing anything except system idle process at 99% like usual?

I've scanned with ad aware, spybot, and virus scan recently btw.

Hmmm... can you make out anything in the registry under the location column?
