My webhost is shutting down

[SomeFknGuy]

Looks like my current website host is shuttering their website hosting. They will still do email, but want like $30 a month per email address to filter through office365. I'm looking for a basic web host with basic email hosting. My current website runs on wordpress because the web designer that put it together thought that was the best way to do it...dunno why nobody wants to just do basic HTML anymore. Anyhow, looking for recommendations for a replacement service. Hoping to just copy and paste the website onto the new server and throw new dns entries out there and make it as seamless as possible. We only use 4 hosted emails at any given time, but having the option for more would definitely be nice.

you should be able to copy and paste your site to this one as they do offer Wordpress as well.

Network Solutions is part of that giant company with web.com.

I'd moved away from them a few years ago because of their bullshit constant SPAM and our emails being blacklisted because of what they let happen on their servers.

Moved to using NameCheap for register and A2 Hosting for site/email.

[Shoganai]

Namecheap for your domain (the cost of your domain per year), Purelymail (10 dollars a year for unlimited domains / subdomains), and Cloudflare Pages (free).

Friends don't let friends use networksolutions.

I don't know who to recommend though. I did have to move my budget dedicated hosting last month though cause my old host shut down when their facility costs went way up

Ionus (used to be 1and1) does a nice deal with hosting wordpress. Their $12/month hosting plan comes with 5 email boxes, and you can expand to add 25 more for like $4 more.

Ya as others said, networksolutions has for decades been crap, not as bad as GoDaddy, but close enough...

OVH, Gandi, Hostzinger, digitalocean, take your pick, Cloudflare..

I had a lot of success with OVHCloud for a VPS. - https://us.ovhcloud.com/

Not sure if they do email, as I didn't see it on the list of services, but they do make a dang good hosting platform.

Happy to do a little research into email providers as I'm looking for one myself.
