Modding, lighting, and cooling is complete. Now I just have a few hardware upgrades to do. Read on for more info...
This is green EL wire in the front case grill.
What it looks like in the dark. It's actually very brighter then this. It lights yp very bringt even lots of light. It acts as a high powered lamp when all the lights are off in my room. You just can't tell in this pic.
Here you can see the Koolance watercooling unit. Under the three blue lighted fans, there is a big radiator that the water goes thru and gets cooled off. In the back of the Koolance is a resevoir That holds extra coolant. My computer is fast and quiet, I have to brag :-D
AMD Athlon XP 2500+ 1.83 GHz @ AMD Athlon XP 3200+ 2.2 GHz (Gonna go to 3.0 GHz once I get my new RAM.)
ATi 8500 LE 128MB DDR VIdeo card (Saving up for my new ATi 9800XT 256MB DDR RAM)
256MB Crucial DDR RAM pc2100 @ pc3200 (Also saving for 1 gig Corsair XMS pc3200)
40GB Seagate Barracuda 7200 RPM Ultra ATA 133
DVD ROM
40x10x40 CD-RW Drive
Floppy Drive (Duh)
500 Watt Aspire Blue Clear Lighted Power Supply
The CPU is the only thing watercooled (The thing sitting on top of my computer is the water cooling unit and the blue tubes in the computer are going up to the CPU. When I get the 9800XT, I will WC it also.
The video card and RAM upgrade is going to cost $696 in all. I should have it by April definately though. I have a budget to where 40% of my income is devided into a new snare drum, new video card, and new RAM. I save back 50% and tithe 10% to my church.
