In the last few years I have purchased many Swiftech water cooling equipment. I always thought they have an excellent price/performance ratio towards the higher end. Two weeks ago I purchased their 360 stackable rad setup and some fans to be sandwiched by them. When you install the bottom rad Swiftech supplies these plastic "push pins". They even supply you with some extras in case you mess it up. I needed 4 of the extras, it took me the first four to come up with an install method that did not bend over the top head.

Anyways, a week later I decided to replace the fans with lower speed fans (did not need all that cooling power and I want absolute silence). Once you use the push pins, some of them are now too weak to reuse (the plastic pin bends too easy and will not let you push it in all the way).

So I sent an email off to Swiftech support asking where I can buy them since I did not find it on their site. Received an email back the next day stating they will send me another pack of them but if I wanted a hundred I would need to buy them. I sent them my address and now (just 3 days) I have a free set of push pins to use to replace my fans.

IMO that is awesome customer service. I will continue to purchase/use their products and recommend others do the same.

EK, while i haven't had much experience with (just one) mad me pay for a missing o-ring + shipping. Total came out to about $5.50 but that is infinity times worse than the $0 that i had to pay swiftech on 2 different occasions: LGA775 backplate and Apogee GT Bowing O-Ring

Incomparable customer service.

I had a bad s1366 hold-down. It barely fit on my older GTX block, but I finally squeezed it on.

I emailed Swiftech and just gave them a heads-up. I thought maybe it was supposed to fit that tight.
Next day Gabe emailed me. Wanted pictures. Said that was unacceptable. Two days later I get a brand new Hold-down package and a bunch of hardware.

The guy is very customer centric. I buy almost all my cooling stuff from them or at least by Swiftech at P-PCs or Sidewinder.
 
I've used a number of their products over the years. They make some of the best stuff. Their block keep getting better and better. I had a old MCW462 waterblock I believe and their new blocks are so sexy looking. Makes me wish I waited for the GTZ instead of the fuzion. Their copper chipset cooler rocks too, keeps my p35 chipset nice and cool!
 
I hear that, Swiftech has always treated me well and their products are rock solid. I remember specifically back in the day I forgot to plug in my water pump at a LAN, and my MCW-5000P kept my OC'ed Athlon XP running just fine, albeit really warm, until I realized 15 minutes later.
