Anyone else having this problem? Have any suggestions?

My SN25P will not shutdown. It worked fine, and still is stable, but ever since I added the X2 4200+ it will not shutdown it just stops in the shutdown window and sits there. I previously had a 3500+ in it and it was fine, but I upgraded the bios, added the 4200+ and it was wonky and would not shutdown, so I re-installed, and it still would not shutdown, but now it is pretty stable, only a beta city of villains even ever crashes (and since it is beta I expect it).
In the re-install I followed the advice from the SN25P users guide here in the forums, and even added the windows patch for jerky games (was getting that before the re-install).

SN25P
Bios Y
X2 4200+
2x 1gig Patriot low latency
1 80 gig sata OS drive
2x 120 gig sata raid striped
Plextor PX-712A
ATI X800XL 256

Did you wipe Windows completely off your drive? This happens all the time with XP...

Yep, complete wipe off the OS drive. Kept the raid drive but it should have no effect since it is not the boot drive.
