My Setup Thus Far:
EnerMax Noise Taker 370w PSU
My Old Case for now
80gig WD hd
3200+ 939s Winne
DFI LANPARTY UT nF4 SLI-DR Socket 939 NVIDIA nForce4 SLI

Wat i still have to buy
GiG of Ram (thinking crosair value seeing im not oc'ing)
Gonna Get case fans 10 for 9.90 shipped
And a vid Card i was thinking a cheaper 6600gt, what do yall think?

mainly comment on mobo...

are you going to be getting into RAID? if not just get the ultra d.

why go winnie when venice is out

if your not gonna oc why get an board that begs to be OCed

no, but i got the mobo already and the other stuff listed in my setup thus far.... is it alright?

will it still work with all this?
also will a 6600gt work with this?

ill oc evnetually when i get more ram(better non value ect)

the motherboard requires PCI Express, if your card is PCI -E then it'll work.

as far as the ram, value doesnt mean it won't OC well, I have value ram and can hit 290 X 9 FSB :D on the 3000 winnie when i had that chip

thanks for the info.. i wont oc until i can afford to replace parts if something messes up

why dont you do some reading about how to OC on dfi-street forum. you can't really damage your components unless you mess with your voltages too much.

your combo is one of the most popular one so can compare others OCs and start from there.

Change that PSU.........since you seem to be a big spender :p get an Antec Neopower or Modstream or something :p

i picked it up for 22 shipped.. couldnt beat that deal, big spender ha, its like 600 in this setup at most

that psu isent anywhere near the requirement for that board. dfi requires 480watts and native 24 pin. if your going with one 6600gt or even two later then can get away with fortron blue storm 500watts. if you plan on going sli with the new video cards coming out from nvidia plan on getting a better psu. ocz powerstream 600watt.some at dfi street are having problems with corsair memory. i would look into another brand for that board or just head on over to dfi-street.com and see what others are using.
