Well I went after it again. Bought up some parts and made my Athlon 64 system watercooled.
This shows the entire system.
Temps are good considering my ambients.
Used the following:
Via Aqua 1300 - Bought on Anandtech
Ford Heatercore - Bought on Anandtech
Maze 4 CPU Block
Maze 4 GPU Block
Reservoir
1/2" ID Clearflex
Zerex SuperCoolant
The only problem I am having is securing the water pump. I did have it zip tied to the case with the foam insulation but my whole case was rattling and loud. Finally I cut the cable and silence was mine. but if I move the case the pump will not be attached. I just have foam under and on both sides to insulate the vibrations.
Do you like my cardboard shroud? Have a silent 120mm fan on it. I have another 80mm fan mounted above the 120mm but I don't think I'll need to use it.
For the rest of the pics of my 2nd water cooling attempt goto:

What do you guys think? Someone on IRC told me it has to be the ugliest watercooling attempt he ever saw. Any ideas on how to secure the pump without making my case vibrate?
