My ram is screwy.

I don't understand it. I have my timings at 3-4-4-8 and in memtest I get 3 errors on test 3 on auto settings for speed which runs it at 306.6Mhz. When I put it at 320Mhz it'll get a few more errors. at 400 Mhz i'll get 27 errors. I set everything back to default and ran it at 400Mhz with 2-2-3-2 timings as it's what it's supposed to do. It got 3 errors. Back when I was running my 1.8A my ram test flawlessly on 2-2-2-2 timings and it ran at 233Mhz. I know these are CH-5 chips and they don't overclock great but why the heck can't it even do 320Mhz? The max voltage on my mobo for the ram is 2.85 and even with that it got errors.
 
Why exactly are you testing at all those different timings and speeds? If it cannot run 200Mhz (400Mhz DDR) at its rated timings and you've increased the vDIMM to the max recommended by the manufacturer for those DIMMs then you need to RMA. One error is one too many.

My Mushkin PC3200 lvl 1 has no problem running at 2-3-2-5 DDR400 speeds in memtest all day.
 
Would I run into any problems if the ram is already 4 months old if and when I rma?

It never had problems running before I overclocked my system.
 
Some companies offer lifetime warrenty on memory. I didnt see what brand you had but youd be better off contacting them.

According to his sig he has Mushkin. If your warranty is run out from where you bought the RAM then just contact Mushkin. They are the absolute best in customer service and all you have to do is get ahold of them and they will send you out new RAM. The have like the highest rating on ResellerRatings.
