My PSU running too hot?

According to my the psu temp probe my PSU is @ 140 F.

Its a Antec Truepower 2.0 550w. The fan is only running at 950 rpms.

All my voltages are good, this seem ok to be running that hot?

WEll not for a case/cpu/rad fan, but yes for a quiet one, its controlled by sensors of the PSU and thats how it was built and programed. Your not in danger if it does that normaly, if your worried rma.
 
well...
the lower you can keep it the longer it will last
its exhausting the CPU heatsink in all likelyhood and your case might benefit from more airflow in general, and some people do a little ductwork to supply fresh outside air to both the CPU and the PSU

generally speaking for every 10C you drop you increase the life expectancy 100%
and in addition as the temperature of the PSU drops its capacity increases

60C seems a little high to me
