400w? too low for what im running had a 400w and it could bairly power my system, kept having problems with lack of power

What was your old PSU? There are all different classes of 400W PSU and different ways of arriving at that wattage.

The CoolerMaster is a decent PSU but you could do a lot better for the same amount of money.

Look at offerings from FSP (Fortron/Sparkle), Seasonic, Silverstone, etc...

FSP is probably right up your alley.

im getting the coolermaster one for around 40 bucks after rebates n such, but yah the 400w i had was an Antec Truepower 400w 2.0 piece of crap fried, and had problems running everything in my case expecialy after i added the 2 ccl's x-fi card wireless card etc... even then it had power problems which may have been atributed to heat, i grabbed my sisters 500w ocz powerstream out of her case and everything seems to be running fine on my puter though i didnt get much of a chance to stress test anything.

Why would you take something that isn't as good as the Silverstone? The Antec PSUs arn't as good as Silverstones, which would explain the failing.

ended up getting an ENERMAX Whisper II EG565P-VE FMA(24P) 535W Power Supply so far nor problems its running nice n cool too, im still gonna add ither a zalman slimfan to the top of my case 80mm or 120mm or something a little stronger with more cfm to clear up some of the heat issues at the top of the case kuz it seemd a little warm when i opened the case after a few hours of use which adding a blowhole on the top of the case should help out alot.
