Heh, we think alike Nuzzles. The snow covered fence and pocket watch are my favorites from that collection too. Jessica also looks a little like a girl I've run into, but it's probably just coincidence.

Nice shots though. But you should tell those girls that Charlie only has three angels. :p
 
Nice pics! Whats your secret?! ;) I really gotta get out there with my Rebel XT that i bought recently and learn to take damn good pics! Mine tend to come out looking "wrong". Like i took a test shot of the clouds the other day as they looked kind of trippy and well it came out shitty along with the trees in the same pic. Sure its a kit lens but i've seen much better pics with the kit lens. Clearly i'm doing something wrong. I did use Aperture priority mode and did like F5.6 or so but ehh.. maybe the default full metering mode is not what i want in these instances?!
 
From my 'experience' taking cloud pictures, since it's pointing upwards, at the sun (not directly, but y'know) you can't let as much light in, else you saturate the picture. So, quicker shutter speed or F.(higher than what you used)

And, you'd probably want a soft look on clouds. So, yeah, use that.
And, as for hte metering, just try different one's and see which one works best?

I've really got to take pictures at every setting and document them. lol >.>
