This is a continuation of my thread here, which started out because CHKDSK kept failing when trying to check my RAID partition. However, I tried tracing it a little deeper, so I ran HD Tune and this is what I got:

I just stopped it in the middle because that much took literally 5 minutes.
MegaRAID Storage Manager tells me the array is fine, but its consistency tests are also excruciatingly slow. This is a 4-drive RAID 5 array with WD Green 1.5TBs. I tried moving the PERC from my second PCIe slot to the first, but that didn't help. I'm at a loss for what could be causing this.
