Quick Story, I order a Silencer 750 Quad Custom : 4pin cpu power cable removed, Floppy power cable replaced with molex. Sounds simple enough I order this on 11.27.06, I get it in my hands 12.8.06, Open Box Find its someone else's custom order, apparently they shipped the other end user my psu vica versa. I send them back the psu wait a week or two after multiple calls they agreed to fill a new order.

Fast forward to 12.26.06 I get the new psu I was super happy until i open it and find its the right psu no custom work done.. :rolleyes: I send the psu back. while i notice my psu dropped in price 20.00 dollars LOL I never even got to use it and it just dropped in price. I call them ask for a price adjustment sinec all there mistakes and Since I never even got to see my Power Supply I order. They make up BS about how its a revised version or some shit. And that they cant... Oh well I'll dispute the charge with my CC company. Anyways Today I receive my PSU and its the psu i ordered 750 quad silencer with the custom work, But I guess they felt they needed to annoy me and left some of the cables unsleeved.. Im Just so annoyed and tired of all this shit. Its not like the custom work was free they charged me for the work. In the past they've been awesome with my custom order's.. Just needed to Vent

Im in a state of limbo the Sleeveing is so small i would sound like a freak bitching and its a big enough issue where im so annoyed half my cables are not sleeved. :mad: :( ............... LOL 5 weeks + 3 unecessary trips on my part to fedex + 20 calls to PCPC + $275.00 = and my psu isnt how i ordered it. LOL
 
That's messed up, especially the part where they bitch about the price adjustment. I'll definitely be taking this into consideration. I hate companies that are so full of themselves or they think they're so popular that they can neglect good customer service to individuals.

That'll make me think twice about ordering a 750W Silencer from them (which I was very much considering doing in the near future). 3 PSU's and all wrong? Sheesh...
 
None of their PSU's are ever fully sleeved; like many other manufacturers only the sections between the unit and the first connector are. Is that how yours is? I always wondered if they offered full sleeving as a service as I like the heatshrink they use.
 
Thats jacked up; they could have offered some kind of reimbursment or credited you back some money to make up for your troubles. Glad I ordered a silverstone ST-85ZF ($220 shipped) I was considering the PC P&C Quad Silencer 750 myself.

Sorry that you had to go through all that BS!

Oh well minor issues, But the PCPC 750 Quad Silencer is awesome runs very quiet :)

On a Bright note + There customer service was great, They probably were just busy. I'd still go with them in the future :)
 
The only PSU company you will find with better service is Corsair, I just wish PCP&C was cheaper :(
