My overclock

I finally got around to overclocking my system, here are the specs:

3500+ winchester w/xp-90c
Abit KN8 Ultra
2*512mb Crucial Ballistix PC4000 @ 2.8v

At the moment this is all in software. Do you think it's ready to set in the bios? Should i tighten the memory timings a bit, if so what to?
Also, when I set the fsb in the bios can i just go straght from 200 to 280 or do it in increments?

Well I put it into the bios, raising the fsb 10mhz at a time. Seems stabe so far.
