I would make the following changes
XP-90 instead of the Zalman
smaller, better cooling, and your choice of fan
DFI Ultra-D NF4 over the NF3 board
much better upgrade path with PCI-E
and should work with the dual core chips
NF3 might also, I'm not sure
X800 XL over the 6800 Ultra
$125 less with around 80-90% of the performance, except in DOOM3 of course
if you want to stick with nVidia, you could always get a 6800GT PCI-E for around the same price
just a few minor suggestions, everything looks good
nice case, nice RAM, nice PSU
one other thing - I've heard there's a version of the A64 that should come out in a few weeks called "Venice" which is supposed to have some significant improvements
if you aren't in a hurry, you may check into it

Yeah, prolly should wait til aprild 4th or 5th. And do you really need a new floppy drive?
[Edit:] If you want to buy an early venice, and overclock it like mad, you could get some of ocz's vx pc4000 ram and a dfi board(since it's the only one that by default supports the reuquired voltage for 2-2-2 timings at pc4000). That could give you great overclocking potential, but the msi isn't a bad choice. Problem is, the ram will cost like 380$ and the board may cost more.
