Looks good, don't know that I'd really change anything. Well, I'd go for less expensive memory if I was me, but that would only be a savings of ~$70.

Hmm very intresting becuase the memory is nearly reaching the cpu price ....I'm not comfortable with this

None of arock's links work for me, but I also think that your memory could probably be knocked down a notch. I really like the corsair stuff, but I would compare prices to mushkin and kingston modules that are on the same performance level.

I would think you might want some more storage space too...a big hdd for other stuff to go along with raptor for games/os.

It sounds/looks exactly like what I had But then I went with a 64 3200 to save some cash.

You might up the Raidmax PSU for a little higher quality. Also my ram costed more than the CPU as well, It is not that uncommon esp. when considering OC'ing.
