My new computer.

After 5 years I decided to upgrade from my P3 650. Look at the goodies. What's in them?

Plextor PX-716SA 16x SATA DVD burner

Corsair 1GB DDR2 PC-4200 (2x 512MB)

Antec NeoPower 480W ATXV12 Modular Power Supply

Swiftech MCX775-V 775 Heatsink

Panaflo L1A 80mm Fan - 28dBA, 32CFM

Seagate 120GB 8MB 7200RPM SATA w/ NCQ

XFX GeForce 6600GT 128MB PCI-Express

Everything hooked up. The motherboard is an Intel BOXD925XECV2LK 925XE. Processor is an Intel Pentium 4 550 3.4GHz CPU (got for free - where I used to work we sold Intel to customers, and was able to get one).

The whole setup into the case; a Chenbro PC-610 Mods 1 (From coolcases.com)

And the final result. Yes, I need walls and permantent flooring, but I'm working on a new room for my computer stuff.

My sound card is a Lexicon Omega. I'm waiting for my two (2) Dell 1905FP monitors.

whats funny is that i'm looking at this thread i see a motherboard on cardboard and awesome cabling; I thinking there is no way this guy is a noobie and i was right.

The wiring will get better as well, and I'm gonna use some stick on bases as well. Also will be routing some cables against the back ...

Yeah, work in progress, but once it's setup I doubt I'll touch it for years.

I just like 120mm fans a lot more - push more air, are usually quieter with less "whine".
Just nitpicking you though, user preference, really.
