my new case. need mod ideas.

will be rebuilding my system in one of those. ordering next payday(wednesday next week. should have it a few days later). w00h00! anyone have experience with them? i'm going with the version that doesn't have the VFD or remote. i'm planning something else instead. it won't be an HTPC though. my main rig will ride it in, mostly for space issues. it can take a full-size ATX board(i've got an abit NF-7S v.2) which is the other reason i went with it.

any ideas for mods? i'm thinking of maybe the PSOne screen mod for the front and center area. the version with the VFD is like a hundred buck more, so the LCD mod is much cheaper and more versatile.

first thing i would do is cut a hole in the top panel and put a 14cm yes 140mm fan in it so you can get good cooling without having to use whats looks to be 60mm fans in the back

woohoo! in the UPS tracking system! should be here on monday the 18th. suh-WEET!!

getting my hand on a dremel and such this week.(nothing extreme planeed. just going to openup the exhaust holes on the back to give better airflow. might look into some custom grills or a one-piece grill. also going to paint the bezels of my optical drive. the case stealths them, but i want to go for the complete black look.

might even paint all the internal metal black as well. dunno about that yet. depends on the internal assemly method of the case(rivets or screws or spot welds. i've no desire to drill out rivets or anything.

any other ideas?
