a sff case that can handle a 939 chip with the powe suplly to take on a x800xt pe with a ati silencer 4, and any suggestions about a cooler, a
 
The Shuttle SN95G will do all that except the Arctic Cooler 4, there is no room for it in the case. You will have to use the stock cooler. Currently, no SFF is able to take a dual cooler vid card except the Antec Aria but good luck finding decent micro-ATX boards for that thing.

It''s either a really wierd post, or, he's not a native English speaker.

The Shuttle SN95G should do the trick as Icewind suggested, but the VGA silencer is going to be a bit big. Unless you can find a S939 m-ATX motherboard then your cooling options for the GPU will be a bit limited.
