My mistake or Neweggs...?

Today I ordered an A64 3200+ processor and a motherboard for it from Newegg. After adding both of these to my shopping cart, FarCry was automatically added for their free FC bundle promo. It counted the price of the game into the total, but I assumed it would be deducted before I got charged. (A quote from the site - "Purchase 1 of the motherboards and 1 of the AMD Athlon 64 processors listed below, with a copy of FARCRY and you will be discounted the full price of the software at checkout.") Well I was wrong. Did I miss a step, or did something just go wrong on the Newegg side of things? I assume if I call their customer service they will straighten things out. Thanks in advance for any replies.

Yes I was. It should have been $400 with just the mobo and cpu. With the game, the price was $425 and that is what my account was charged.

Why don't you simply just call NewEgg's support and talk to them, i'm sure they can do a lot more for you then anyone else here. They'll probably just correct the error for you and credit your account.
