Edit.

Here's my rig guys, almost fully complete.

I would probably go with the Samsung low profile 1.35 volt ram, overclocks to 2200, will not interfere with any cooler upgrade. Samsung 2 x 4GB 1600 kit about $50.

Tomshardware did a comparison on some marvel SSDs, a Plexor 60 gb boot drive might be worthwhile, see article. About $70.

Looks good.
Overclocking to any great extent will require an aftermarket cooler, A good one that will fit an ITX board and case is difficult. Thermalright Samuel? CM GeminII S524 is too large (width wise).
Does the Chassis support a two slot video card?
Would a two slot card block access to motherboard plugs? Have to check that.

I dont know about that particular case but you could try a corsair hydro cooler. It may fit.

Thanks for the info,
I've already got a nice Samsung 830 256gb.
What I'm most worried about is aftermarket CPU cooler.

A gtx 580 fits from pictures I've seen so I'm sure the 680 would be no different.
Once I get parts I'll start sharing photos. Should be interesting putting the rig together seems it will be quite a bit of a puzzle.

I've just built my rig and will provide pictures.

As for cooling, I'm currently at stock. So far idle temps have been 35-38c which is quite a surprise.
Load temps I have not checked as I'm still setting up. I don't plan to overclock anytime soon, but if temps do get quite high I will opt to get better cooler.
