Chassis from ASUS. Technically not a good chassis, but I love the look
The bezel cover opens like those exotic racing cars
Let's make it even more like a racer! Check out my team's "sponsers":
AMD FX-60 @ 3GHz
ASUS A8N32-SLI Deluxe (nForce4-SLIx16)
Corsair XMS-3500LLPro 1GB Module x 2 @ 228MHz 2-3-2-6
Sound Blaster Audigy2 ZS
Thermaltake Liquid Cooling Components
Silverstone Zeus 750W PSU
and I will upgrade to Dual 8800GTXs in this christmas!
The liquid tubings are all fixed at the edge of the chassis, besides giving a tidy look it also enhance the airflow.
The chassis is actually very crowded so I have no choice but to install the pump and tank at the HDD slots.
I installed 2 radiator in this setup. The first one sit on top of the CPU, paired with a 9cm fan, which make itself look like a traditional air cooler
The second radiator is located in the first CDROM slot. It has 2 12cm fans, one seen here, under the radiator. The second one sit above the radiator.
Here is where the other fan located
Fresh air is blowed in by the front fan, cool down both radiators, and then be pull away by the rear exhuast fans
I did a mod here to cut open the back side of the chassis cover. It open up a tunnel which lead directly to radiator #2. By doing this I lowered the full-load temperature by 4 degrees
Removing the top cover unveils the exhuast tunnel
The front panel display can show coolant level and temperature. This is an old photo, I have painted the display panel into black, and upgraded to a Plextor PX-760SA SATA DVD-RW, with a black bezel
