This is my first time water cooling. I know I went a bit overboard since I plan on OCing very little but I wanted the build as quiet as possible and boy is it ever. What do you guys think and what should I do differently next time? Also how often should I replace the coolant?

What I was able to cram into the Define R6:

Nice work for your first time. That is one clean and tidy setup. You need to put a window in that case. No need hiding it.
 
I agree! Very nicely done! A windowed panel will really show it off.
 
Looks great, you did a fine job. Now you need a tempered glass case to show it off!
