I just setup my first water cooled rig the other day but have a few questions.

1) I have the TDX cpu water block and when the box is running I can see a little bubble through the clear part on the water block. Is that bad? Or will it not affect anything? Theres also one or two bubbles through out the lines.

2) At Idle it runs about 27C and 31C at load on with a 2500+ Barton 333Mhz running at stock speeds. Is that descent as well?

3) I know there was a thread about leaving your H20 boxes on 24/7, but Im scared mine will leak or something, though it has never leaked.

4) Lastly I am using a 80% distilled water 20% Antifreeze mixture. The antifreeze I bought is pretty much clear. I have a blue UV dye but no UV lights yet. Whats the best additive to use? Where Can I buy regular blue dye? Would it be ok to add blue food coloring(just thought of it) to dye the mixture blue? I dont know wwhat is in food coloring, but it is pretty strong.

Ok I think that is it. I will post pics later tonight when I am off work. I need to finish sleeving some wires and add some white LEDs to the front of the case instead of the blue ones(Antec P160).

TIA

Your temps seem good. If you have a resivior, then the bubbles should work their way out eventually. If not, you need to bleed the system. Also, if you are worried about leaks, you should have ran the system outside of your case for 24hrs to test for leaks before installing.

I did run it outside the case for a 24hr period, but I still feel worried. I guess its just because Ive never owned an H2o setup :p

I am running a resivoir and the bubles havent worked out yet. How do you bleed it with a resivoir? I plugged my pump into a seperate computer and poured water into the resivoir and tipped the case around untill the water stopped filling the tubes. Then I turned on the seperate computer to tunr the pump on and just added water as needed. Is there another way to bleed it? Thanks

Just give it some time and the bubbles will clear themselves out. There's nothing to worry about.
