My first Attempt OC'ing a 4690k

I just started overclocking this 4690k last night. Assuming I hit 6 hours stable with this voltage should I keep lowering the voltage more? I want to run a solid voltage 24/7 around 4.5ghz.

Hardware is

Intel 4690k CPU
Cooler Coolermaster 212 EVO
GIGABYTE GA-Z97-HD3P
HyperX FURY 8GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1866
PNY 240GB SSD
Seasonic X650 Power Supply
XFX 290 4GB

Not yet. I'm at 1.21V right now still at 4.5ghz. Trying to see how low I can go before I raise the speed.
