Well I can say I am very impressed with OCZ's RMA department. First off I was able to talk to someone directly online thru an instant messenger. This guy was extremely helpfull. Plus they cross shipped for me! overnight too! I am very very pleased. Here is the chat log:

Frag O MaticLord: Hi. Are you there?
OCZ John: hi
Frag O MaticLord: hi im having a problem with my ocz powerstream 520watt
OCZ John: whats up
Frag O MaticLord: i was putting my msi k8n neo2 platinum in a new case, got all the components installed and attempted to power on the system
Frag O MaticLord: nothing happend
Frag O MaticLord: so i looked up how to jump start the power supply. connected pins 15 and 16 with a paperclip, nothing
Frag O MaticLord: i think the power supply is dead.
OCZ John: what do you have in your system?
Frag O MaticLord: amd 64 3200+ 939 90nm. corsair value ram DDR 333 1GB, asus dvdrom drive, plextor 12x10x32a cdrw, 2 western digital 120GB hard drives, tnt2 32MB video card, linksys wmp54g wireless card, and the abit av8 motherboard
OCZ John: have you tried booting up with just the CPU, memory and video card installed?
Frag O MaticLord: yes. still nothing happens
OCZ John: ok we should go ahead and RMA that powersupply for you
Frag O MaticLord: ok. ive never had to RMA anything before and I was wondering, do you need the box for the power supply or can I just send the power supply? the box is in storage since I am moving house
OCZ John: you will need to send us the box and the cables
OCZ John: what's your email address? i'll send you an rma form
Frag O MaticLord: what if its impossible for me to get the box? im not entirely certain I have the box anyway. I may have thrown it away. my email address is *****@***.com
OCZ John: worst case scenario is that we wont send you a box back. we'll test your replacement and send it to you in a brown fed ex box since we do need a box for the unit you're sending back
Frag O MaticLord: ok that works
Frag O MaticLord: now do you cover fed ex charges?
OCZ John: ok i sent you the RMA form. Just get that back to me at your earliest convenience and we'll get your RMA started
OCZ John: only the charge for the way back to you
OCZ John: i'll tell you what though
OCZ John: send the PSU to us and then email me your tracking number and i'll go ahead and advance ship your replacement to you
Frag O MaticLord: wow. OCZ RMA reputation isnt overspoken :)
Frag O MaticLord: oh yeah forgot to mension i am on a old laptop, the wireless card keeps loosing signal. so if i sign off i will be back on shortly
OCZ John: ok
OCZ John: well, just get that form back to me and i'll issue you an RMA number
OCZ John: do you think you can ship it out today?
Frag O MaticLord: one moment...
Frag O MaticLord: more than likely yes.
OCZ John: ok. just get me a tracking number once you do and i'll go ahead and ship yours out as well. i'll try to get it out by today.
Frag O MaticLord: I havent received that rma form yes.
Frag O MaticLord: yet*
OCZ John: i emailed it to you so you should get it within a few minutes
Frag O MaticLord: any special instructions for packaging?
OCZ John: i would say bubble wrap around the PSU and packing peanuts in the box
Frag O MaticLord: alrighty
Frag O MaticLord: do you need any kind of paperwork in the box?
OCZ John: nope
Frag O MaticLord: hmm still no email
OCZ John: i sent it again just in case
Frag O MaticLord: well the psu is all sealed and ready to go. who do i send it to?
OCZ John: well, you would need an RMA number on the box too
OCZ John: here's our address
OCZ John: 860 E. Arques Ave
OCZ John: Sunnyvale, CA 94085
OCZ John: ATTN RMA Dept
Frag O MaticLord: so i should just write that information on the box in permanent marker along with the RMA number?
OCZ John: yes
Frag O MaticLord: try sending the form to ****@*******.com
Frag O MaticLord: maybe i could supply you with the information and you fill out the form?
OCZ John: name, address, phone number, email and motherboard model
Frag O MaticLord: ******************

OCZ John: ok RMA number is ********************
Frag O MaticLord: ok i have it marked on 2 sides of the box
Frag O MaticLord: going to fedex now
Frag O MaticLord: oh btw, when you said you would ship my replacement fast, does that mean overnight or what?
OCZ John: sounds good
OCZ John: 2 day fedex
OCZ John: if it gets out today, you'll have it on friday
Frag O MaticLord: alright
Frag O MaticLord: i will be back in around 45 minutes, will you still be on then?
OCZ John: yeah
OCZ John: actually, i'll overnight it to you
OCZ John: no worries
Frag O MaticLord: did i say i love OCZ?
OCZ John: so worst case would be friday
Frag O MaticLord: thank you so much
OCZ John: if it goes out tomorrow
OCZ John: no problem

Frag O MaticLord: yeap
OCZ John: ok i'll start testing out your PSU
Frag O MaticLord: ok thanks. no chance of upgrading to 600watt?
OCZ John: unfortunately i can't upgrade you. i will overnight your RMA though
Frag O MaticLord: ok, i guessed that the chance would be slim, no harm in asking
Frag O MaticLord: do you have anywhere where i can comment on the service you have provided me today

I’m really glad to see them taking care of customers the way they are. Good customer service is everything.

My only issue is if you go back in these threads you are but one of many who have needed an RMA.

Could just be me, but the % seems a tad high for one company.

Luck
