My Drive is Fine, But About to Fail?

I have 2 Maxtor HDDs about 3-4 years old and last night I ran Seatools on them. They both failed the SMART test yet passed both the short and long test. What does this mean? They're working fine atm but will fail soon? Should I be looking for a new HDD?

Replace it, itll probably start clicking soon. 3-4 years old? The drive cant be that big, besides you can get terabyte harddrives for 180, shipped.
