My Dell's on fire..

So let me summarize this thread.

1. Op buys a new lappy and it has issues.
2. Dell sends tech to fix it but Op has hissy (note to Op: shit breaks) and won't let them fix it
3. Op issues ultimatums to a multi-billion dollar company and is belligerent
4. Dell is at the point of "this is what we will do, take it or leave"
5. Op wants to sue
6. Bunch of replies saying "cheap shit" isn't at awesome quality
7. Bunch of replies saying "duh, cheap shit is cheap and probably shitty"
8. Bunch of replies saying "OMG, so not fair"

Thanks for the cliffs. :D

I personally think that the OP is one of those self righteous turds. I truly hate it when I have to speak with people like the OP.
You refused service, and then complain... What the hell do you expect.

Its been mentioned already that parts fail, and you should be happy that a tech was sent to replace it. I'm assuming that you have had some experience in the consumer world. You should know this stuff already and how to handle it.

What needs to happen is that You (OP) need to grow the hell up and learn to educate yourself before you make a decision to buy.
The entire situation is your fault, you need to accept it and move on.
