I recently got a dell E152/153FPc LCD monitor with water damage. I opened up the screen and removed the water. Now when i turn it on it just shows blue, red, and green lines for 5 seconds and goes black. the light stays green even if you unplug vga. I would really appreciate help.

Before I excoriate you for posting instead of calling Dell...

Was the intention of your post to relay the fact that you'd bought a Dell LCD knowing it was water damaged, and did not buy it from Dell?

im getting another one with a bad capacitor. That should be easy enough to fix
